LEGO Round-Up September 2025 - Batman, Willy Wonka and a Captain Jack Sparrow GWP!

The news about new LEGO sets in September 2025 has been dominated by the 9,023-piece LEGO Star Wars Death Star (75419), but that's not available until October 4th (or October 1st for LEGO Insiders).

If you want something to build while you wait, there are plenty of LEGO new releases in September, including some fantastic new play and display sets featuring Batman, Willy Wonka and Captain Jack Sparrow!

LEGO Icons Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship (10365) lives up to its 'iconic' theme, with a striking silhouette when put on show in a LEGO display case. But there are pops of colour in between the black, and that really helps this set to shine.

With nearly 3,000 pieces to assemble, you'll build a highly detailed recreation of Captain Jack's famous ship from the Pirates of the Caribbean film series, better known to fans as the Black Pearl.

The gorgeous ghostly galleon is a stunning exterior build, featuring masts and torn sails, port and starboard cannons, and a working rudder that you can steer using the ship's wheel.

Another set with a black-dominated colour scheme, LEGO Batman Arkham Asylum (76300) is a chaotic recreation of Gotham City's sinister sanitorium with an absolute rogues' gallery of LEGO Minifigure heroes and villains to pose.

The nostalgia is strong in this set, which harks back to the original 1971 film adaptation of Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Of course, the title was tweaked, and the movie was instead named after Gene Wilder's enigmatic chocolatier - the dreamer of dreams.

If you ever wanted to take Willy Wonka's paddle boat for a ride along the river of chocolate, this is your chance. Load your LEGO Minifigures into the Wonkatania and hold on tight!

This beautiful LEGO display set features the Chocolate Room with its edible plants, alongside the chocolate river with a working hand-cranked waterfall. Across the river is the Oompa Loompas' work area, while Wonka's office hides behind a secret door.
