Calculated Live Rates and Carrier Selection

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using real-time carrier rates based on your location and the total size/weight of your order. Available carriers at checkout may include FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

To help your package arrive as quickly as possible, we may occasionally switch your shipping method to a faster service at no additional cost to you. If you need us to use the specific carrier and service level selected at checkout (e.g., FedEx Home Delivery), please leave a note on your order during checkout so our fulfillment team knows.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only, provided the order fits within standard P.O. Box dimensions. Due to the large size of many of our acrylic display cases, larger orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Packaging: Every order is carefully packed to protect fragile contents. Display cases ship flat-packed with instructions and fittings for easy assembly.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Dispatch Times: Please check your order confirmation email for your specific processing and dispatch timeline before your order leaves our warehouse.

• Transit Times: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days, though exact transit times will vary depending on your location and carrier.

International Shipping and Customs Fees

Our products are proudly manufactured in the United States. For orders shipped outside the U.S, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Note on Customs: Import charges are determined by local customs authorities in your country and are neither collected nor controlled by us. We are unable to predict these specific charges, as they vary based on package value and local regulations.
