Your LEGO® Harry Potter Hogwarts Express Collector’s Edition (76405) set will be the most iconic train in King’s Cross Station with our spellbinding acrylic display case, including an optional printed background and light timber base. Magically repel dust and damage while showcasing every colourful element of your Harry Potter steam train, from the wheels to the carriage to the engine.

Shipping Information

Each order is very well packed to protect the fragile contents and the display cases come flat-packed with instructions and fittings for easy assembly.

Shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric weight; total size and weight of the order.

Display cases and large stand orders are sent out with insured trackable carrier services; UPS, FedEx or DHL. Smaller stand orders are sent out with USPS.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are delivered but are typically between 1 - 3 business days.

Returns & Warranty

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. The protective film on the acrylic panels must not have been removed and need to be in their original state.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@idisplayit.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us safely; this is not refundable. Goods will only be accepted if a copy of the fully completed returns form is presented. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or bespoke items (made to order).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. The price of the goods, not including the postage charge is refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The LEGO® Hogwarts Express Collectors’ Edition train is a vivid 1:32 scale brick-built recreation of the royal red ‘The Jacobite’ steam train from the epic Harry Potter film series and deserves to be displayed in the best way possible.

iDisplayit is pleased to present top-of-the-range display case options for the LEGO Hogwarts Express train. All display cases will include a miniature clear stand for the train ticket as well as four clear plates to hold all the LEGO sets 20 minifigures securely in place.

  • Each clear plate is designed to keep the LEGO minifigures together for the film series they are from; Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001), Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004), Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009) and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 (2011).

The display case is flat packed for worldwide postage and easily assembled from high-grade 3mm acrylic panels using 18 of our unique screw fittings. Instructions are included and if you order a case with a background, the vinyl print is professionally applied by us.

Display Base Options

To complement the décor of your home, there are three bases to choose from. As well as our glossy black or white 3mm acrylic bases, there is also a timber base option. The 19mm timber is fitted on top of a black base, sitting within the case and will showcase the model in the most elegant way possible, offering a more rigid base for such a long set.

King’s Cross Platform Background

Our high-quality case is also available with an exclusively designed printed background, revealing the concentric brick arches and Hogwarts Express train platform at King’s Cross Station.

The artwork is printed directly on the back panel of the case and is a realistic illustration based on the Hogwarts Express train platform at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London and Universal Studios Platform 9 ¾. With our stunning vinyl backdrop, collectors can effortlessly heighten the visual appeal of their model.

The collectable set looks mesmerizing when on display and deserves to be showcased in the best way while protecting it from dust, damage, wayward spells and Flying Ford Anglias.

    Glued it to a wooden base

    I glued it to a wooden base i made. Now it is able to be moved without make a disaster. I add a light kit and it looks so great

    Bought with plastic bottom, should have gone with wooden.

    It’s a great case with printed back, doesn’t quite sit well on bottom of base. Awkward to move definitely needs two people.

    Still would recommend it.

    When looking online, this seemed like the perfect case to display the Hogwarts Express and minifigures. After putting it together, it's very disappointing. The instructions given to put it together are generic instructions for any display case, not directions for this specific case. The plates the minifigures are on and the stand that holds the ticket Do Not attach to the base so there is nothing from keeping them from moving around. As far as we can tell, the base does not attach to the sides of the display (if they do, the assembly instructions do not say). For the amount paid, I expected a better product. Although it looks good, I would not suggest moving it

    Bought this display case when first released for the Hogwarts Express got the one with wooden base & printed background it really makes displaying the set easy and makes it pop also great it protects it from dust etc bought quite a few cases from Idisplayit and always Been great quality I am awaiting my next couple to arrive when ready I would recommend this display case with the wooden base as it supports the set very well & printed background makes it pop like it’s pulled into the real station

    This display case for the Hogwarts Express Collectors Edition is a brilliant case to show off your module that you have just built i full recommend to go for the wooden base as i emphasizes the who module i will be purchasing my case in the future for idisplayit. Love it!!!!
