Each order is very well packed to protect the fragile contents and the display cases come flat-packed with instructions and fittings for easy assembly.

Shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric weight; total size and weight of the order.

Display cases and large stand orders are sent out with insured trackable carrier services; UPS, FedEx or DHL. Smaller stand orders are sent out with USPS.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are delivered but are typically between 1 - 3 business days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. The protective film on the acrylic panels must not have been removed and need to be in their original state.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@idisplayit.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us safely; this is not refundable. Goods will only be accepted if a copy of the fully completed returns form is presented. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or bespoke items (made to order).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. The price of the goods, not including the postage charge is refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
