Shipping information

Each order is very well packed to protect the fragile contents and the display cases come flat-packed with instructions and fittings for easy assembly.

Shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric weight; total size and weight of the order.

Display cases and large stand orders are sent out with insured trackable courier services; UPS or FedEx. Smaller stand orders are sent out with USPS.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are delivered but are typically between 1 - 3 business days.

Returns & warranty

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. The protective film on the acrylic panels must not have been removed and need to be in their original state.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@idisplayit.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us safely; this is not refundable. Goods will only be accepted if a copy of the fully completed returns form is presented. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or bespoke items (made to order).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. The price of the goods, not including the postage charge is refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A Professionally-Designed Presentation Case For Your Creator Expert Model

This display box is crafted from 3mm thick clear acrylic and is dispatched with worldwide shipping from our UK warehouse. The case is assembled by attaching the front, back and side panels together using the 8 screw fittings provided. The lid panel then slots securely in place on top.

The Eagle Apollo Lunar Module sits on the base, available in a choice of black or white acrylic, with the completed transparent container placed over it. This design allows for easy access to the model when you need to make adjustments. The case can also be stacked with similar-sized cases.

    I got this set to mark the Anniversary of the Moon landing and was really pleased to discover that there was a display case to protect it from collecting (space) dust! The square design of the case works really well with the lunar landscape base of the model, with a nice amount of space, meaning that the model is not cramped, but also doesn't take up significantly more space when displayed within the case. I love seeing it lit up at night...and the additional reflections created by the case!

    Very fast delivery also easy to put together. Once put together and on display with the Lunar Lander it looks first class next to my Saturn V Rocket. My next purchase will be the Space Shuttle case. Perfect.
