The Star Wars Holiday Special was one of the strangest additions to the galaxy far, far away. George Lucas famously commented that he would destroy every single copy of the budget TV special if he had the power, and the show makes for harrowing viewing today, with outdated guest stars, slow pacing, and outright weird additions to the lore. That said, it did introduce viewers to Chewbacca's family and featured Boba Fett in animated form. Star Wars fans love to discuss the show, and this script would be a fascinating talking point for any fan's collection.
Estimate: £300 "“ £600
Did you know that Anthony Daniels famously disliked his on-screen co-star, Kenny Baker, who portrayed R2-D2? That didn't stop him from keeping this pre-built LEGO set, however.
This autographed Lego C-3PO dark red arm minifigure display was released in 2015 to coincide with the release of J.J. Abrams Star Wars film The Force Awakens and would make a wonderful gift for any LEGO fan who also loves C-3PO.
Estimate: £200 - £400
Not all the lots need to break the bank, and you may be able to pick up some gems for less than £1,000 each. Take this charming photo above, which shows Anthony Daniels and Chewbacca actor Peter Mayhew in full costume, minus their character heads!
Estimate:Â £1,000Â - £2,000
Original, vintage, boxed Star Wars toys can fetch a small fortune at the best of times, but one coming from Anthony Daniel's personal collection feels even more special.
Estimate:Â £600Â - £1,200
With Christmas on the horizon, we think this comedic card showing Yoda delivering gifts ala' Santa Claus would make a beautiful addition to any room, displayed behind a high-quality frame.
