LEGO 71438 is a nod to the nostalgic game of the 1990s, Super Mario World on the SNES. Having sold more than twenty million copies worldwide, it's safe to say that this was a popular game, and thus a LEGO reiteration of these two characters is a must-have for any old-school gamer.

The 1,215 pieces recreate Mario riding on Yoshi's back. When the handle is turned, Yoshi runs. A dial can also be rotated to enable Yoshi's tongue to pop in and out, just like in the game.

An Action Tag has been included, so you can add any of the LEGO Interactive figures (sold separately) and see their reactions digitally. These figures are available in sets:
