We're into the last quarter of the year, and that means it's the final countdown for over 300 LEGO sets retiring soon - some of which will be off the shelves by New Year's Day.
Here's our look at some of the biggest LEGO sets retiring by the end of 2025. If you want to add these to your collection, now's the time!

With the highest piece count on this list, LEGO Star Wars The Razor Crest (75331) is a build that's not for the faint-hearted. The Mandalorian-inspired set has a lift-off roof to reveal detailed interiors, and a removable cockpit with sleeping quarters behind it.
Highlights include the LEGO Minifigure-sized carbon freezing chamber, a buildable Blurrg figure that fits in the cargo compartment, and a Grogu LEGO figure in a pram. This is a LEGO Exclusives product, so it will be even harder to find once it's delisted from the website.
Show it off with a custom acrylic stand and display case:

One of the most stylish entries in the LEGO Modular Building Collection, the LEGO Boutique Hotel (10297) brings luxury and architectural flair to your brick-built city. The angular corner build and detailed interiors, complete with art gallery, cocktail bar and hotel suites, make it a standout display piece for collectors.
This set celebrates 15 years of the Modular Buildings line, so once it retires, expect demand (and aftermarket prices) to soar. Whether you're completing your street or starting a new one, don’t wait too long to check into this hotel!
Pair this colourful Icons set with an acrylic display case to keep the details protected from dust while keeping every angle of the hotel visible.

A close second, with just 24 fewer pieces than The Razor Crest, is LEGO NINJAGO City Markets (71799). It's also a really great-value set for what you get, which includes no fewer than 21 LEGO Minifigures. Show off your finished build with our LEGO NINJAGO City Markets Display Case for LEGO 71799.
The centrepiece of the set is the 'working' cable car, which slides between the two station stops. But the real star of the show has to be the functioning flushing toilet, which dumps its contents out behind Sushimi's sushi bar!

We'll be sad to see this set go. LEGO Batman: The Animated Series Gotham City (76271) is a detailed frieze of the Gotham City skyline and is packed with easter eggs and references to the animated show. At just 6cm deep, it gives you lots of options - that's why iDisplayit has a tabletop display case AND a wall-mounted display case to choose from.
Along with the spectacular skyline, you can get a hold of LEGO Minifigures of Batman, The Joker, Catwoman and Harley Quinn. Not a bad start to any rogues' gallery if you're just setting out on your Batman brick-building journey. Be sure to pick up a pack of our display plates for 4 LEGO Minifigures to give them a safe place to stand.

This minifigure-packed mediaeval fortress is inspired by 1984's LEGO King's Castle (6080). That set was called Castle Lion in the UK and came with 664 pieces and 12 minifigures. LEGO Lion Knights' Castle (10305) has nearly double the population and almost seven times the piece count - but you'll need to snap it up soon, because it's due to retire in the coming months.
It's a beautiful set for play or display, with a formidable castle exterior that opens out to reveal interactive interiors with moving walls, hidden tunnels and treacherous trapdoors. It's aimed at adults who may be old enough to remember the 1984 version, but we think this would be a stunning Christmas gift for a young builder, before it's gone for good.
We love that this set can be displayed as a closed-up castle keep or opened to show off the interiors. In fact, iDisplayit made two different custom LEGO display cases so you can choose how to have your Lion Knights' Castle:

Step back in time with LEGO Icons Medieval Town Square (10332). Packed with charming timber-framed buildings, market stalls and lively minifigures, this set brings classic LEGO Castle nostalgia roaring back to life.
Collectors have been waiting years for a set like this, so it’s no surprise it’s already on many retirement watchlists. It pairs perfectly with Lion Knights’ Castle (10305) and Viking Village (21343), making it a must-have before it's gone for good.
For display, the iDisplayit acrylic case allows you to protect the intricate village layout lined up all together.

When you wish upon a star, maybe your dream of owning LEGO Disney Castle (43222) will come true - but only if you get it before the end of the year. This is another set that is a shame to see retired, as it's truly impressive at 80cm tall, and packed with Disney details.
Featuring mini scenes from Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Fantasia, Beauty and the Beast and more, there are endless opportunities for imaginative play. But this set really shines as the heart of any LEGO Disney display. The iconic castle with its colourful firework elements deserves to be seen at its best, so protect yours with the Disney Castle Display Case for LEGO 43222.
These are just some of the biggest LEGO sets retiring by the end of 2025. The end of the year is traditionally the time when a lot of sets - including some of the biggest and most popular LEGO builds - vanish from the shop shelves forever.
With well over 300 products listed as 'retiring soon' on the LEGO website, now's the time to get them off the shop shelves and on to your own shelf as part of a LEGO bookcase display. We're already seeing some sets sell out, such as the 5,544-piece LEGO Harry Potter Diagon Alley (75978).
Don't let that dream build disappear from your wish list - order it today and make sure you don't miss out!
