Q: Are the display cases easy to assemble?
A: Yes, our display cases come with instructions and all the fittings needed for assembly. Simply use the screws and fittings provided to attach all the panels together. Larger cases may require another person to assist.
Q: Do you make custom size display cases?
A: If you send us the length, width and height measurements of your collectable, we can let you know if we have a suitable case available. We don't make single custom-sized cases but if the quantity is 30 or more, then we would consider the request.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to most countries around the world. If a shipping cost is unavailable during checkout, please ensure that you have selected the correct country flag in the top left corner of the page.

Q: Do you offer Click & Collect?
A: Yes, if you want to collect your order from our warehouse send us an email to email@example.com or send us a message through the Contact Us page and we will provide you with the details.
Q: What makes your cases different to other competitors?
Based in the UK, we design and manufacture all our products (including the fittings). We do this so we can guarantee the quality of what we are supplying. We also have an extensive collection of display cases to choose from.
While other display solutions may offer similar functionality, we go above and beyond to provide a truly exceptional display experience for collectors. Our current dispatch time is between 1-2 weeks (unlike other competitors which are between 6-10 weeks).
Q: How long does UK shipping take?
A: All our display cases are sent out with an insured trackable courier service like DPD, DHL or FedEx. Smaller items like our stands and single minifigure case are sent by Royal Mail post (no tracking available). Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are being delivered to.
UK: Typically between 1 - 3 business days.
Q: How long does international shipping take?
A: All our display cases and stands are sent out with an insured trackable courier service like DHL or FedEx. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times vary based on where they are being delivered to.
USA: 2 - 5 business days depending on customs.
Europe: Typically between 3 - 5 business days, depending on customs. Once the package reaches your country the courier will contact you to collect the import tax and duties fee (if not IOSS). If payment is delayed, this can affect delivery times, whilst the package is held in customs.
Rest of the world: 3 - 5 business days depending on customs
Q: Brexit - If buying from Europe what will the tax and duties charges be?
From January 2021, when buying from our EU website, the prices shown now don't include the usual 20% tax. This is because local VAT and duties will be collected by the courier when the order enters your country. These are separate from the shipping charges shown on our website.
After we have dispatched your order, the courier will contact you to collect the payment. We have found this to be your local VAT rate + a courier admin fee + 6% duties. We're so sorry, but these fees are out of our control.
Starting 1st December 2022: We will be using IOSS on your orders. IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) allows us to collect the VAT at the purchase time for orders under £125 (including shipping) – which means you shouldn’t have to pay any further costs later. Orders above this value will go through the normal process, where the courier will collect the VAT, duties and clearance fees once shipped.
Q: What are VIP Points and how do I use them?

You earn points each time you place an order. The VIP points can then be used to discount future purchases. On the cart page, there is a ‘points to use’ box to apply them to the order. There is no expiry date on the points, so you can use them on your next order or save them up to use later. You can also earn points by adding reviews and photos to the product pages.
Q: Why is my display case or stand blue?
The display cases and stands can arrive with a blue protective film on both sides of the acrylic. We recommend using a plastic card (e.g. loyalty card) to peel the film off of one of the corners on each side. We also have a YouTube video showing the best ways to remove the protective film.
Q: Why is my payment card being declined?
Our payment processing is based in the UK and some international card issuers restrict foreign payments. Please get in touch with your card issuer to lift the restriction. Alternatively, try using PayPal. When you select PayPal you have the option to checkout using a debit or credit card, without needing to create a PayPal account login. If you are still having issues, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
