Can I Order iDisplayit Products in Time for Christmas?
The cut-off date for guaranteeing delivery by 25th December has now passed, and orders will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis from this point. We therefore recommend placing your order as early as possible to be first in the queue for delivery.

Why Can’t I Guarantee My Order in Time for Christmas?
Our products are always in high demand at this time of year, and we don’t believe in making false promises to our customers. For this reason, we previously advised our email subscribers that the cut-off date for placing orders was 9th November 2023, taking into account the time needed to produce, dispatch and deliver our goods.
Our dedicated team ensures each case and stand is precision cut and packaged to our high standards before leaving the workshop. We don’t want to compromise on our quality checks just because the Christmas shopping period is busier than usual. Adhering to our strict Christmas lead times ensures that everyone receives their orders on a first-come-first-served basis without missing items or compromised packaging.
December is also an extremely busy month for our delivery partners, who may take longer than usual to deliver packages. Please note that we are unable to control how long couriers take to deliver packages once they have been picked up from our workshop.
Can I Pay Extra for Faster Delivery?
As a family-run business, all our display products are made to order, with a dispatch time of three to five weeks. Each order is then sent with a fast-tracked insured courier service (DPD, DHL or FedEx). As our regular delivery service is already fast-tracked, we are unable to offer further expedited delivery beyond this.
Will Black Friday Orders Arrive in Time for Christmas?
Due to the high volume of orders placed over the Black Friday weekend, we are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas. We suggest placing your order as early as possible on Friday, 24th November, as all purchases will be processed in the order they come in.
