LEGO Set Harry Potter Buckbeak photos

LEGO Harry Potter Buckbeak - 76427

$59.99 - available to preorder now and will ship from 1st June 2024

Harry and Hagrid’s beloved magical creature Buckbeak, brick built for the first time. The June 2019 LEGO Hagrid’s Hut: Buckbeak’s Rescue included a Buckbeak model but this was a horse-sized Hippogriff with clip-on wings (which doesn't count). LEGO has used most of the 723 bricks included here to enable us to create a much bigger and truer-to-screen Hippogriff.

With this model, it’s possible to move the head to create different looks and the articulated legs allow Buckbeak to stand, walk or assume his famous bowing position. The wings can be manipulated in different ways too. Accompanying Buckbeak in this LEGO Harry Potter set is a small brick-built bird, two pumpkins and a section of Hagrid’s Hut.

Harry Potter Potion Room 2024 - Model 76431

LEGO 76431 Hogwarts Castle: Potions Class

$39.99 - available from 1st June 2024

A fantastic 397 piece playset that includes four LEGO Minifigures; Hermione Granger, Pansy, Professor Severus Snape and Seamus. This classroom comes with a selection of potion bottles to mix in the cauldron and instructions to follow on the blackboard.

This set is part of the LEGO Harry Potter modular range, allowing you to connect the Potion Class with other LEGO Harry Potter sets to recreate an amazingly detailed Hogwarts Castle. Throughout these modulars there are 14 different collectible Hogwarts portraits on display and LEGO 76431 includes two of these.

LEGO Harry Potter Mandrake - 76433 Inside Look

LEGO Harry Potter Mandrake - 76433

$69.99 - available from 1st June 2024

A brilliant 579 piece brick-built recreation of the iconic shrieking plant from Harry’s Herbology class - luckily this one does NOT shriek! The Mandrake can be removed from its pot and you can move his chest up and down to emulate his famous scream as his mouth and limbs move. We would like to repeat this is a silent toy, however, this isn’t to say that whoever builds it won’t be able to refrain from copying the Mandrake!

LEGO 76434 Aragog In The Forbidden Forest

LEGO Aragog In The Forbidden Forest - 76434

$19.99 - available from 1st June 2024

The second rendition of Aragog that LEGO has produced. The LEGO 75950 Aragog’s Lair was released in 2018 but the scary arachnid has come a long way since that release. The Aragog in LEGO 76434 is more in scale with the LEGO Minifigures, with articulated legs, fangs and pedipalps (spiders use these to sense objects they come across, similar to an antennae).

This set also has a small Forbidden Forest scene that includes a spider web and two baby spiders for Ron and Harry to be afraid of. The figures have double face prints (scared and happy) and have a wand each and a lantern to share to light their way through the Forbidden Forest.

LEGO Hogwarts Castle: The Great Hall - 76435

$199.99 - available to preorder now and will ship from 1st June 2024

Another of the modular sets that can be used to create your own Hogwart’s detailed scene. In 2018 we got our hands on LEGO 75954 Hogwarts Great Hall which included ten LEGO Minifigures and had a brick count of 878 (almost half the amount of 76435). Some of the interior details are similar, i.e. the banners and the tables with food, however, this latest build features a spooky dungeon underneath the Great Hall with a secret entrance. This newer model also has three rooms which slide out for ease of play; a Hufflepuff common room, a corridor and a bathroom.

There are ten LEGO Minifigures with this set, a mountain troll that is an XL figure (hurrah for these big chaps) and also included are five of the fourteen collectible LEGO Harry Potter portraits. This is the largest LEGO brick-built Great Hall to date and looks to have hours of playability as well as looking magical on display.

LEGO Ollivanders and Madam Malkin’s Robes - 76439

$89.99 - available to preorder now and will ship from 1st June 2024

This set enables us to create two iconic stores from Diagon Alley - Ollivanders Wand Shop and Madam Malkin’s Robes For All Occasions. The two stores can be joined together and also to other Diagon Alley sets (sold separately) so a Wizarding shopping paradise can be created.

Ollivanders has two foldout side walls, buildable shelves of wand boxes and of course, a box that you can remove that contains Harry’s wand. There are 26 LEGO wands to choose from and a moveable ladder to gain access to the higher ones. The robe store includes a robe-making workshop upstairs where Madam Malkin can store her fabrics and sewing machine. The store also comes with two mannequins to model the creations. There are six LEGO Minifigures in this set which includes Madam Malkin, Garrick Ollivander and Harry Potter.

LEGO Triwizard Tournament The Arrival - 76440

$139.99 - available from 1st June 2024

1,229 pieces are provided with this set to create the legendary Durmstrang Ship and Beauxbaton’s Carriage, which is drawn by a powerful white Abraxan. The “flying carriage” has space for two LEGO Minifigures and there is a trunk containing their tea set at the rear. The ship has beautiful gold adornments and fabric sails and it also houses a living area and sleeping quarters below deck.

There are five LEGO Minifigures with this set, including Viktor Krum and Fleur Delacour. There are also many accessory elements including the Triwizard cup, Igor’s sceptre, and the Goblet of Fire. This is an outstandingly good looking set and will be enjoyed by children and adults alike and is leagues apart from its predecessor LEGO Harry Potter 4768 The Durmstrang Ship which was released in 2005.

All of these sets are either available to preorder now or will be available from June 1st 2024. Which will you be most excited for?
